American Racing Headers recognized the need for a header system designed for maximum effort Supercharged, Nitrous Oxide-assisted, or Naturally Aspirated applications on the C6 Vette. For these high-performance setups, we now offer headers with 2" x 2-1/8" primaries, 3-1/2" merge-style collectors, and a 3-1/2" X-Pipe mid-section that reduces to 3" for easy installation to a 3" Z06 muffler system or equivalent.

• 3/8" Thick cut flanges for a warp free seal
• Hand ported TIG welded inlets
• Optimize primary tube routing for superior fit
• Merge collectors with scavenger spikes
• Catted systems feature 200 cell metallic substrate cats for extreme durability

ARH also offers a version without 3" connection pipes, ending at 3-1/2" for open-header drag or road racing applications.

For standard C6 models, some minor clearance work is needed on the sheet metal lip near the right side collector.
